"In Hell with Jesus, Ivo Dimchev brings his distinctive style to a biting critique of the contemporary theater industry and society, using humor, irony, and political incorrectness as masks. Dimchev portrays himself as an aging stage diva holding auditions for his next musical, showcasing his control over the auditioning performers. Through his absurdly transgressive audition routine, he raises provoking and political incorrect questions and melodies. The minimalist choreography and dramaturgy serve to heighten the commentary on the current state of art and society.
