Wallace Ferreira
Davi Pontes and Wallace Ferreira are Brazilian artists with backgrounds in dance and visual arts who have collaborated since 2018. Their work grows from shared experiences and research into dance and the Black dissident body. In their practice, choreography becomes a tool for critical reflection, confronting the colonial, racial, and cisheteropatriarchal structures embedded in Western thought.
